Five Step Vanilla Pudding Pie






  • 1 Bag Simply Shari's Fudge Cookies

  • 1 Box Gluten Free Vanilla Pudding Mix

  • 2½ Cups Milk (or milk alternative)

  • 2 Tb butter (1Tb Vegetable oil for dairy free)

  • Whipped Topping (optional)



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Combine the cookies and melted butter in a food processor and process until the mixture clumps

  3. Press the mixture in to a 9 inch pie tin and bake for 15 minutes

  4. Mix the vanilla pudding mixture with the milk until it sets. Pour into prepared pie crust and refrigerate for 2 hours

  5. Serve with whipped topping
