Key Lime Pie with Simply Shari's Crust

  • ½ Cup Lime Juice

  • 1 Can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • 1 Simply Shari's Cookie Crust

  • 3 Teaspoons Grated Lime Zest

  • 3 Egg Yolks


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Separate the egg yolks and place them in a medium sized bowl

  3. With an electric mixer, beat the eggs until they are a light yellow color and fluffy

  4. Slowly add the whole can of sweetened condensed milk. Continue mixing until light and fluffy

  5. Add the lime juice and mix until combined

  6. Fold in the lime zest

  7. Pour into the prepared crust

  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set

  9. Allow to cool and set in the refrigerator overnight
